Compositions and Arrangements by Randy Steinberg

Many of Randy Steinberg's original compositions and arrangements have been performed by the Prairie Brass Band, and have been popular with audiences and performers alike. All of his brass band compositions available here have been performed in concert by the PBB, his dectet arrangement of Shostakovich's Festive Overture was performed by the Prairie Brass Dectet at the North American Brass Band Association Championships in 2000, and his quintet composition Festival of the Sun was performed by PBB members at the NABBA Western Convention in Las Vegas in 1999. Fanfare for the Prairie was also featured on the PBB's first CD release, Listen to the Prairie Brass Band. (A brief sound sample can be found here.)
